BUILDING BLOCK IN THE ECONOMIC STRUCTURAL DIVERSITY OF THE DISTRICT

2/25/2019

Lichtenfels/Unterlangenstadt. Operations manager Steffen Rubenbauer provided some interesting insight into the company Krumpholz Kunststofftechnik in Unterlangenstadt at the start of this week to county commissioner Christian Meißner and industry promoter Helmut Kurz.

Since 1992, Krumpholz’s Unterlangenstadt location has been a partner in development, engineering and project management to series production of technical plastic parts for the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. Krumpholz offers qualified training positions and jobs to around 70 women and men. The company will once again be taking part in the next job training fair in Lichtenfels on Saturday, March 23rd, 2020.

“I am glad we have Krumpholz as a First Tier company in commercial vehicles in the district,” emphasized county commissioner Meißner, who was impressed by the company’s performance capabilities.

“Our headquarters, which is focused on mold making and employees 100 workers, is located in Kronach, but with the location in Unterlangenstadt in the Lichtenfels district, we are located centrally between the surrounding towns” said Steffen Rubenbauer, describing the company branch.

The county commissioner and operations manager discussed current developments in the automotive industry before the company tour. At the end of the meeting, Steffen Rubenbauer asked whether bus connections to the location could be improved, which the county commissioner promised to review.
